I don't have experience with this but 2% weekly dd limit, and mandatory stop loss on every trade make it unappealing... (I use experts, many trades in very small size, some without stop losses)...

yes, that's the rule, perhaps... but it's not how it is being applied, it seems. As on that day I show (post #5,155) where both equity and balance rose, were never more than $2600 apart, yet the metrix gave a $4200 drawdown.
