Al, if you check, in the essence, we actually don't need to look to extreme spike and 10 MA crossover indicators, 'cause the only valid signal is PA cross over 5 smoothed MA if the latter is above/below TMA extremes. Am I wrong?

Seems like you didn't follow Al's rules, namely price didn't break upper TMA band. Anyway, I wish you good trade.
