Talk about a non-event event day. E/U pretty much closed where it opened. So much for stress tests. At least as far as forex is concerned. Didn't seem to do anything really. Doubt it will have an effect next week either. The market will do whatever ...

Can someone explain to me what Graeme means by doing that entry training with 20/20 sl, tp. He keeps saying that things will start to become more clear after awhile and I will start to discover how to predict the best entries etc. I can't figure out ...

Just for giggles I picked 7 of the major pairs (with no consideration for correlation whatsoever) and followed the high go long low go short 20/20 entry method and to my amazement 3 hit 20pips take profit. The other 4 are in limbo and could go ...

I think those so called stress tests are old news already because of leaks from the banks themselves. Unless of course there is a surprise and that is what a lot of people are probable afraid enough of to stay on the sidelines.

u/c isn't behaving rationally right now. At least not enough for me to trade it. Fundamentals don't seem to be affecting it because if they were we would be at parity.

I'm in the same situation. I thought about it for a few days now and I decided to open another account with an offshore broker. It's not too big a deal. You just send them a money order in the mail. There is a possibility you could do this with 2 ...

Aren't you getting a little ahead of yourself? Like 250pips just for starters. Oh and then there is the issue of being back on long term trend (according to the charts). But don't let that stop you from blowing your account.

Hi Graeme, Thanks for the charts. Very nice detail. Early on in this thread you said that the long term trend was the most important thing and to always trade with the trend. Now it seems you do not emphasize the long term trend so much. In fact all ...

Thanks again pipEasy. I completely understand how your system can blow away many other systems in terms of potential growth. The money management rules go out the window because all legs are at break even SL so you can be 100% invested right up to ...

Hi PipEasy, Thank you very much for the charts. I think I understand most of what you are doing now. However, you do not show on your charts what you are doing when the trend changes on you and you start taking opposite positions. You mostly just ...

You can't do it if your broker doesn't allow hedging so as far as I'm concerned it's hedging. He may be doing it on high time frames and his system does not really see it as hedging but it still is what it is. I think I have the jist but without ...

Thanks. Yes I suppose one could use subaccounts but I believe that is for trading different currencies and you can only have one account per currency so you would need to trade in multiple currencies. Ok, so now I understand he is basically hedging ...

Maybe I am just dumb. I'm still having a hard time understanding what the OP means by 'diversifying' as there is no such thing in forex that I am aware of so I am assuming they are using it in place of another common forex term? Also, I am having a ...

If I was Paul the Octopus Forex Psychic I would probably predict that E/U will go sideways along 1.3 resistance till the bank stress tests come in next week.

Yup, I was looking at a long because I didn't want to miss out. The analysts were all cheerleading to go long. But it was Thursday night so I didn't do it. Actually I was more interested in longing G/U and that pair really got whacked!
