they might as well save time and just raise the debt ceiling. does not seem like they will be able to agree to reduce spending. unless something changes, I still see a potential downgrade.. is there going to be political pressure not to ? the bill ...

1.2 trillion didnt the rating agencies say that they are looking for something around 4 trillion ? The senate will probably pass it. House may prove to be more independent. in any case, tomorrow should be interesting.
