Pretty much. Although I doubt the rich will invest much in bitcoin. Art, jewels, and real estate haven't lost their luster among the leisured classes.

PSAR is one of those indicators that appeals to new traders because of its relative simplicity - easy to understand and easy to use, but after a while superior tools replace it. I know this because I was that trader.
