Pulled right back now, hopefully there will be another push down today to get them both well away from the entry point but they could just as easily stop out. We'll see. Gbpusd still not performing but I'll keep it going.

I got my setting from a commercial system I saw and just got used to using it. I don't think it makes too much difference as long as you always use the same setting.

Here's that gold trade 175 pips up as we speak. I've moved to break even to be on the safe side. That's an hourly chart, hopefully if it does pullback that support will become resistance.

Cad exports a lot of oil. Jpy imports a lot of oil. As a result cadjpy is moved quite a lot by the price of oil. So if oil is falling cadjpy may follow. Sorry to have been so opaque.
