I mostly work with pending orders (fxtrade) and have exprienced slippage in my favor and against, like you say 0.1 or 0.2, more in news time of course.

Dukascopy have microlots, minimum units trade size are 1000 (0.01), then you can increase 1 by 1 unit, for example 1001. and the minimum deposit is 100$.

Totally agree. Oanda is daily losing its own good reputation. I am also considering move to Dukascopy. Looking on google you can find some IB's that give you back 40% in commissions (I prefer not to spam).
