what are the best settings for a M5 timeframe of Stoch-MTF indicator? I'm trying and trying, but it gives too many false signals... and when do you guys open trades? when the lines cross or when they change color?

bad that those indicators repaints, because you see that everything is ok for a buy or sell and when the price make moves the signal is gone...
