In oct meeting they talk about QE that it may be occur because inflation goes down, but their is no improvement in inflation then why QE not occur, be carefull traders Eur is so weak than you think,, paris problem, greek problem, inflation, etc..

now it is prove that usd in strong enough than eur, and i am dam dam sure interest rate is no rise this year, technically for investor rate hike beneficial but fundamentally it is not, beacause fed is not in the condition to manage rate hike effect ...
