wags - Have you seen deltariver ? It’s free and uses your MT4/5 feed. It seems however a bit hampered on MT4 and doesn’t allow you to upload tick history, but it is quite capable albeit clunky to drive. Ah - I see Kette beat me to it.

That would be very kind of you sir - I have managed to get the OBV to work now in the sub-windows, genius. We are virtually neighbors by the way.

I am not insinuating anything. You are presenting a Nasdaq ‘trading system’ in a Forex Forum. You have even said ‘The recommended ‘pair’ is Nasdaq’. There is no such thing, you might want to go back and read a bit more about what you are claiming to ...

I think Failinforex was taking about a simultaneous buy/sell from the 0.75 which seems pretty pointless to me, since the TP in either direction would be 0.25. The only thing I would say if I was to trade that way (which I wouldn't) then based on my ...

I have done some more reading overnight guys, and fundamentally this is a 'feature' with OBV, and that is why it is very much a visual aid to trading rather than the numbers being meaningful. So you can load it one day on one chart and depending on ...

Just an idea here, but i have been looking at doing some coding around OBV based on some of the ideas presented here, and (for reasons I haven't yet worked out), using iOBV in MQL4 is giving me different values to using the built-in OBV indicator. ...

Based on what I have learnt over the last week or so, I would agree with you. This pullbacks of OBV to the 50MA are also very powerful.

I'll tell you what Wags, I am looking at a 1hr E/U chart right now, and following with interest. My usual methods for judging the direction of the market are all saying short right now.... your OBV setup however is not agreeing. Looking to see how ...
