Closed long at 74. At least I have minimal loss for today. But I feel stupid. I had short at 44 but closed it at 29 and then went to my hairdresser...oh dear I could have made something out of this day.

High volatility is needed yeah. But I find this the only way to trade news. I haven't found a better way to do it yet. And I need to move on MT5 because it has variable stop loss (previously it was in MT4 too but MetaQuotes banned it).

Mostly I hedge in the same currency. But it has helped me a lot to trade those news breakouts. But you have to be quick... I have one finger on eliminating sell and another one on my mobile phone on eliminating buy.
