MissPips replied Sep 11, 2009Depends on the Friday. Some are ok and others aren't I think you have to just look at the PA and decide. No trading for me today though. Considerations: 1) We are at the 61.8 % retracement of the big down move from Jan 2008 to September 2008 2) In ...

MissPips replied Sep 11, 2009If you already have one you don't need to download it. I posted it because 1) Somebody who had erased theirs found that the mtf cloud histo wouldn't work without it and 2) Somebody else asked for the code so they could add an alarm.

MissPips replied Sep 8, 2009Here is an improved version of the MTF Trix based on Trix 6. It uses Thv3 Trix for MTFHisto (based on trix 6) but does not throw errors if it doesn't find the parent trix in the first window.

MissPips replied Sep 8, 2009Please replace your THv3 Trix for MTF histo with this one. Note to Cobra: I uploaded this code to your site. The trick is to test with WindowFind to make sure the window exists before creating objects in it. We had this solution from Caveman I think ...

MissPips replied Sep 8, 2009Cobra posted an indicator by the name of "THV3 Trix V6[1][1].1 all false ". That is the one that this MTF trix uses and that is the one that you need. In theory you can tell it to work with any of them that you like, however, you will end up with ...

MissPips replied Sep 5, 2009This one uses THV3 Trix V6[1][1].1 all false that Cobra posted recently, but actually it should use any one that you tell it to in the strBaseCodeFileName param. However, you are stuck with whatever the defaults are for the trix that you choose, ...

MissPips replied Sep 4, 2009Here is a THV 6 point trade, using the rainbow as a trend filter. Considerations: 1) Double bottom at Camarilla short breakout shows that price level is soundly rejected 2) 3 higher highs 3) Rainbow colors nicely spread out, and rainbow at good ...

MissPips replied Sep 3, 2009If you use the template I posted earlier you shouldn't hear any. Otherwise if you can't find all the places to shut the sounds off you can just delete the THV wav files.

MissPips replied Sep 3, 2009Hi Masoud, Oops, my mistake! I posted HaikenAishi instead of Ichimoku (that belongs to a different indie I did & I got confused). You need to have the attached Ichimoku in your indies folder for it to work. Sorry, my bad!

MissPips replied Sep 3, 2009Ok, Ok. No idea what those extra lines are - I've never seen the trix do that before. Anyway, I posted a template without them above.

MissPips replied Sep 3, 2009Thanks!. Here's a template that has the MTF histos using V6 of the trix. You will need to copy the attached indicators to your indicator folder as well. edit: Replaced HaikenAishi with Ichimoku, per comment from Masoud

MissPips replied Sep 2, 2009Hi Cobra Thanks! Sorry to be a bother - that fixed the problem with the lines but created a problem with a dark green box. The previous version didn't have this, and the user can't control it when it's called by the trix histo. Can you remove that ...

MissPips replied Sep 2, 2009I posted a template to fix this but I had to delete the post because the result is strange lines in the main chart window. To fix the disappearing zero line you need to copy the V 6 trix to THV3 Trix for MTF histo. But when you do that, the ...

MissPips replied Aug 29, 2009I'm using the new v6 trix to get my one minute readings. I'm still using the old ones for the MTF indies. Since I only trade with the trend, and the trend on the Euro tends to persist once it gets going I didn't bother switching the MTF indies to ...
