Thanks for that. I understand completely. Finding entries WITH the trend is a very weak point for me, something I need to work on. I was looking for short trade cos of the upthrusts. I thought they would be enough to force a retrace of maybe 20 pips ...

I entered short at the break of the ND. After seeing how low volume the 1st of the 2 down bars was I decided t settle for 10 pips and shortly afterwards moved sl to BE. I didnt get the 10 pips, got stopped out at BE. Didn't lose tho

I agree with what you say except the last paragraph (which I'm not really experienced enough to have an opinion on yet). I too was looking for a short, just using M5 instead. Chart coming.

Hi V, I think the high volume area at A, B, and C might be absorbtion volume by the SM trying to break that support in the 3493 area. The herd stoping loses there.
