profitkeeper replied Mar 15, 2016Yes, that's what it means. There was one of the examples (actually 2) on the PDF that was a megaphone. (the last one and third to last).

profitkeeper replied Mar 15, 2016I'm not seeing many good patterns the last couple of days, then again, I haven't looked very hard.

profitkeeper replied Mar 15, 2016I dropped the AUD/USD down to H1 for a better look. It has the same kind of double point 5 that I tried to trade earlier - and didn't work well (BE). It is also a megaphone pattern which I am not keen on but the original PDF shows as OK. image

profitkeeper replied Mar 15, 2016Canadian dollar is similar. It also moves with oil prices. I moved the stop again to 1.3335 to lock in about 120 pips. I hope you did well on the NOK.

profitkeeper replied Mar 14, 2016Moved the stop again on USD/CAD to 132.85 to lock in 71 pips. I normally don't move the stop so frequently, but this one is certainly trying to fake us out.

profitkeeper replied Mar 14, 2016I had a trailing stop on the AUD/USD because it was a bit questionable setup and I got stopped out at -2 pips. C'est la vie. Watching the hockey game now, so I'll take a break.

profitkeeper replied Mar 14, 2016This one might be OK, although it is more of a triangle. I don't know whether the double dip at point 5 invalidates the pattern. image It's hard giving setups during the Asian session - they tend to drift sideways. There are a few pairs doing that ...

profitkeeper replied Mar 14, 2016USD/CAD is still struggling in the right direction. The NZD/USD doesn't look like it triggered. I think you missed the bottom tail at the market open. I've never traded USD/NOK, not even sure what currency NOK is but it looks promising.

profitkeeper replied Mar 13, 2016Another 5 minuter that I missed and didn't trade. image Short term setups are hard to post with charts comment, etc. If I see one, I think I'll just post without a chart. Others can do the same.

profitkeeper replied Mar 13, 2016Hey wizlon, Your USD/CAD trade looks to have started out well. I put a limit order in a bit lower, but so far it hasn't triggered. I may have to go with a market order if it won't retrace.

profitkeeper replied Mar 13, 2016I think your count sequence is fine - but it is another coyote wave that might work. Rule #4 in Linda's PDF says that "point 4 should be higher than point 1" in a bullish setup. Am I getting too technical? GnwFx would be proud. Edit: You must have ...

profitkeeper replied Mar 13, 2016Good to see you back, I would say that this is another coyote wave that worked. Linda's rule #3 says "point 3 must be lower than point 1" on a bullish set up.
