agree...most ECN broker has more digits behind..so it makes 100pips just around 0.1% instrument value...which is pretty meaningless.haha

to make it easier, you may think approximately 100 pips is 1% the instrument value... so $10 in gold is 100 pips..(slightly less than 1%) if your leverage 1:5, 100pips profit makes 5% your account...that's the way I think. Hope it helps ...
