Yes, it is fair. However, you can get un-correlated and receive allocations in all by tweaking very slightly....little different size on a few trades, different target, maybe a couple more or less trades, etc, etc.

Even with the updates, there are still 5-6 firms I'd choose before Apex....the 20 accounts is their ONLY benefit over the others....but I can have 5 each at 4 BETTER firms.
