It's OK, that number in parentheses is the total number of active orders in the account. It's just a control/statistical number and has no side effect at all (I might change it location later on)...

The screenshot you've attached only helps to notice that you have some missing fonts in your Wine setup (dig in the latest bundle package to find them)... To enable that BDM button, you need the BDM EA to be loaded on its own chart beforehand.
