Just got back from Italy and Greece. Jacko's analysis is on the money. However the Europeans are getting nervous re the trade implications. The image of the USA is in the cellar.

HI Monikroc--try using Fibonnacci numbers with cornflower (8 13 21 55 89). You will be impressed. The further extension fibs 144 233 377 are also useful.

Did you say Tampa??? Tampa is at SEA LEVEL on a coast vulnerable to hurricanes. I personally like Tampa but it is not flood proof .
