The 100 SMA stands for 100 Simple Moving Average. Check your broker charts and you will find it there. The default MACD comes as 12, 26, 9. Change the period 12 to 15. Are you using the MetaTrader 4?

Sorry to say, but this is the result of breaking rules. At 40 pips, you were supposed to move the remaining positions SL to breakeven. You would have netted 40 pips.
