there is a 1 hour difference between timers. 1 hour chart timer set to 3 hour whereas 2 hour graph timer is set to 4 hour. why is that?

as i understand you can turn the probabilties to your favor but you cant make it 100%. what i wanna know is when a trade is in profit can i put stop loss on a profit margin. for example i bought at 1. and price is 1.2 can i put stoploss on 1.1
