I don't listen to music while trading. I can't focus on watching chart, it's the big distraction, I tried, but sometimes, I sing along with the song, and just forget the chart!!!

What kind of music you hear while you trade?

I think mid week is the best time to trade. as i'm not a full-time trader, I usually trade several hours a day, sometimes I trade on Friday, but in the morning only.

How do you trade on Fridays?

I think all traders experience at least one time when you want to live the market. no matter how much you learn and experience, the market sometimes doesn't way in our way. but as you said, we should believe on what we are doing.

Bad time to really dig into money management?

advoiding important news help me advoid re-quoted orders too. but it's not very easy to detect when the news is released.

Do you actually avoid news hours?

I think go with a pair or two is enough, and of course it must be major pairs. I can focus on reading news and analysis about only that pairs, the prices might go fluctuate but I still can buy and sell pair in any situation.
