Strange Question - What is your biggest frustration in trading?

as a rookie trader, i'm learning a lot reading from all the feedback here... i've had the 20 to 30% month mentality as well before, but i'd say i'm morphing into longer timeframe goals. sometimes you win, sometimes you learn.

haven't been trading that long, but i think it's possible on average... not strictly 30% a month. there'll be months where you could earn more and months where you screw up. part of the trading process.

Is it possible to earn 30% per month consistently for 4 years?
