you have to find a nice broker with low spreads. In average my spreads are 0,2 pips + commissions. As far as my tp is more than 1 pip bigger than sl it´s ok for me.

It´s very important to have volatility in the market, so the best times are the first 3 hours of the london session and then the first 3 hours of the us session. I usually don´t trade in the lunch hours. Если тебе легче, то пиши по-русски. ;-)
