Been there brother, I learned a trick, before I start trading I watch my stress lvl from my smartwatch and go through an IQ test online usually takes 10 minutes, if I feel comfy I trade, If I feel anxiety I skip the day. Best of luck

Totally agree with you I saw posts that indicated emotional trading, and BTW I use ATA's analysis as guidance alongside my strategy and have been constantly profitable cuz of Money Management Trade Safe
