I see... The impact color and disabling low impact does not work still but when I set the alert to 0min, it alerted 1 min. before the event. I guess its the most stable version of the news indicator for now.

Found one solution, delete cache at start set to true and reboot MT4. Also found out that this indicator will make your MT4 slow when cache at start is set to true. Looking forward to see the version that does not need to reboot and make it slow.

I had same problem in Surface 3 ,it did the trick for me but everything got so small.You can do this in Windows 10 setting/display/the advanced display settings/advanced sizing of text and other items/set a custom scaling level, then reboot.
