Hello, I would not recommend you to use the ZigZag indicator. The indicator highly repaints in the history - simply watch M1 chart and you will see where's the catch in using zig zag.

This is a good idea! Or maybe keep it as simple as possible and count the touches as soon as the market will hit the low / high of S/R zones. But only one touch / one candle should be allowed.

Maybe you could try to change the indicator so it will take as a test a touch of market as well. Now it takes the zone as tested only if the market close inside the S/R zone.
