Is it just me or the Price action too complicated right now, not risking too much right now. Waiting for dollar to stabilize a bit

From what I see, Dollar has come near an end to its bearish saga. and I believe there's gong to be a reversal soon. what do you guys say?

I dont get it man, it is clearly bullish, I am glued to my screen, not getting a break out, candles are consolidating on every area they get on the chart. Plus losing my sanity.
