Coinbase plans to increase its Singapore workforce from about 150 to 200 employees by the end of 2026, expanding its local team as the city-state strengthens its role as a regulated cryptocurrency hub in Asia. The planned increase would add roughly 50 positions, lifting the exchange’s Singapore headcount by about one-third. Coinbase is mainly seeking engineers, customer service employees, relationship managers and institutional sales representatives.
