Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO David Solomon is throwing his weight behind a landmark crypto bill that would establish a new regulatory framework for digital asset markets, giving the measure a powerful line of support on Wall Street as other top bankers rally against key provisions. “The Clarity Act — like all legislation — is not perfect. And there are lots of things that you could debate and argue about.
