Delaware is a state in the United States that was the first to ratify the Constitution of the country, earning it the nickname "The First State." On June 9, the state's lawmakers voted to forward legislation to implement a blanket ban on cryptocurrency kiosks, also called Bitcoin ATMs. Sponsored by Representatives Cyndie Romer and Senator Spiros Mantzavinos, House Bill 441 would "establish a total ban on the installation, ownership, or operation of crypto kiosks" within the state.
