One of the crypto bigwigs charged with the gruesome torturing of an Italian millionaire in a posh SoHo townhouse will be released on bond after spending a year at Rikers Island, The Post has learned. William Duplessie, 33, will be sprung from the notorious city lockup on a reduced $250,000 bail package, with his relatives agreeing to put up collateral, according to sources familiar with the case.
