Blockchain.com, one of the oldest crypto firms, announced it confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, a step toward conducting an initial public offering. The number of offered shares and price range has yet to be determined, according to a Thursday press release.
