MicroStrategy Incorporated, doing business as Strategy, said on Monday that it acquired another 3,273 Bitcoin for approximately $255 million in the week between April 20 and April 26. The company bought Bitcoin at an average price of approximately $77,906 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses, according to its Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing. It used proceeds from the sale of 1,451,601 of its common stock, which generated net proceeds of $255 million.
