It was just a little more than a year ago that the U.S. first began announcing broad-based tariffs on Canada and Mexico, engulfing North America in a fog of on-again, off-again trade skirmishes. With the mid-year USMCA review looming, the uncertainty remains thick around the Canadian trade outlook. But how have trade flows responded to that first full year of tariffs, both threatened and real?
