The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today filed an amicus brief in the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit confirming its exclusive jurisdiction over the U.S. commodity derivatives markets, including event contract markets commonly referred to as prediction markets.
