Standard Chartered Bitcoin Price Forecast: $200,000 Target
Even by the standards of crypto currencies, bitcoin has been on a wild ride during October. After surging to a fresh record high above $125,000 during the first week, there was a plunge to below $108,000 as long positions were stopped out and there was a cascade of selling. Bitcoin is currently trading around $109,000. Standard Chartered’s head of digital assets research, Geoffrey Kendrick maintains a very bullish stance and is still forecasting that bitcoin can hit $200,000 by the end of this year.
