Charles Hoskinson, the founder of Cardano, made news when he turned down an offer from El Salvador to use Cardano’s blockchain technology. He made his choice because he was worried that members of the MS-13 gang, which the U.S. government calls a Transnational Criminal Organisation, may get access to the cryptocurrency space.
