Truth Social Seeks NYSE Listing for Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF
Trump Media & Technology Group, the parent company of the Truth Social platform, is making a new push into crypto investment products. On June 24, NYSE Arca filed a proposed rule change with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) seeking approval to list and trade a dual Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded fund (ETF) under the Truth Social brand. The filing, made via Form 19b-4, marks a procedural step necessary for the fund to be considered for trading on the NYSE Arca exchange.
