Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis President Neel Kashkari said on Wednesday that he is a "pretty big skeptic" on cryptocurrency, arguing that "nobody has found a legitimate use case" for it, apart from as an instrument of speculation and to circumvent bank regulations.
