UNSW Sydney has received the largest known cryptocurrency donation to date from Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin worth US$4 million cryptocurrency coins to a higher education institution, which will support an open-source tool providing pandemic early warning signals. The four million dollars cryptocurrency coin will be used to establish the Shiba Inu OSINT Initiative. The cryptocurrency is from Buterin’s Balvi Filantropic Fund.
