Bitcoin hits new high for June as more financial incumbents signal commitment to crypto
The price of bitcoin climbed on Monday as financial institutions continued to give their bitcoin blessing. Bitcoin rose more than 5% to $28,064.10, its highest level since early May, according to Coin Metrics. The move pushed its monthly gains into the green. Ether added 3.7% to trade at $1,786.25. It’s still down more than 4% for the month.
