Peregrine "Peg" Broadbent, the chief financial officer of Jefferies Group LLC, has died from coronavirus complications at the age of 56, the company said in a statement released Sunday. Broadbent became CFO of the financial services company in 2007 after 16 years at Morgan Stanley.
