The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has earlier today announced that it has accepted a settlement offer by Bryan B. Long, a former Director of SEC Reporting at eBay, Inc. and PayPal Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:PYPL). Mr Long consents to the entry of an Order Instituting Public Administrative Proceedings Pursuant to Rule 102(e) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice, Making Findings, and Imposing Remedial Sanctions.
