The Tokyo-based financial services company Monex Group has completed its acquisition of a majority stake in 3iQ Digital Holdings, a Canadian crypto asset manager. The acquisition, initially announced in December 2023, has resulted in 3iQ and its subsidiaries becoming part of the Monex Group. To support 3iQ's rapid business expansion, Monex Group has also invested $7.5 million in 3iQ's Managed Account Platform (QMAP).
