Japan's Financial Services Agency (FSA) has warned against four foreign cryptocurrency exchanges supposedly operating in the country without local registration. These exchanges are Bybit, BitForex, MEXC Global, and Bitget. According to the FSA notice issued last Friday, all four named cryptocurrency exchanges are in violation of the country's fund settlement laws as they conducted "crypto asset exchange business without registration."
