The co-founder of crypto derivatives exchange BitMEX who was spared prison time will challenge a top UK agency over rights to his own data, which he claims had been withheld. BitMEX insider Benjamin Delo was granted consent to seek judicial review against the UK’s data watchdog, claiming the agency failed to grant him personal information rights.
