I don't know if you're betting that my timing will be wrong, or if you think XRP is legit, but here's an offer that will sort it out:

XRP is at ~$0.30. A 50% decline would be $0.15, and a 50% increase would be $0.45.

I'll bet you 3 XMR that XRP hits $0.15 before it hits $0.45. Or any bet along these lines.

Ah, well therein lies the problem. XRP's price is in the hands of the courts, and I don't have the legal understanding to know how long it'll take. If we both think XRP is an unregistered security, then all we're really betting on my inability to time the courts.

Is there a bet you'd consider that's independent of time??
