Which one has more volatility? I am little tired of the currencies lack of movement. If someone with experience on crypto currencies could share the experience, that would be great.

Seriously? Where you lived so far? On the backside of the moon?
It's crypto, of course. There you have daily moves of several percentage points. Look here: https://coinmarketcap.com/

Crypto has higher volatility and offers high risk and high rewards. But don't just look at the shiny part. Many people have lost their savings due to cryptocurrencies because of high price movements which are very unpredictable.

Don’t play crypto on margin and play it with the money you can afford to lose …
Market is not random but unpredictable

CryptoCurrency is the new kid on the block so to speak.. There are about 11,000 variants though most are not sensible to trade. Best advice from a veteran trader is this. Use an established reputable broker. Never Trade On MARGIN. Don't simply trade based on price and hype. "Know What the Units are and Intend to facilitate. Are they Smart Money or Store Of Value Digital Ventures.

Until you have experience and technical understanding, stick to the top 20.. BitcoinCash (BCH) given it's mirror image of BitCoin, with enhanced coding increasing block size, thus making it more suitable for daily spending. Moves well..however is a bit expensive per coin for typical traders coming from leveraged forex trading.
As for lower priced coins, very active ones to consider. Some current good round the clock movers I consistently trade.. Solana (SOL) apx $160 per coin. Another well positioned unit called ChainLink (LINK) apx $31.00 per token.

Also a highly anticipated long term one to look into is Cardano (ADA) apx $2.50 per coin. Both Solana and Cardano are smart contract enabled functional blockchain independent competing ecosystems.

If you want ultra cheap consider Amp #65 (AMP) at a nickel .05 cent a token with high volume and established developing infrastructure. I've traded this one many times. Sometimes I held it for days.

I'd not advise delving into "Meme" coins until you have experience with this market. However many millions have been made by several people. Take the hint on this one.

Basically understand the all inclusive slang titled "Crypto" market is likened to a bunch of extreme high tech stocks, with many interdependencies by nature. Also take a very keen realization the entire block chain, crypto market complex is just that "Complex". Contrived of a moody and prejudiced consortium of variably inclined moving parts. Not just a new market craze advocated by retail speculation. A lot is going on behind the scenes round the clock literally 24/7/365
Tokens are NOT coins in a literal crypto money sense. Better described as multi function smart value units. With before and after price "Push Pull" dynamics. Most traders get lost in this translation of momentum. "Tokenomics' ' is the backbone of the entanglement ecosystem network. Smart contracts..NFT, DEFI, STAKING and so forth. Apply whatever technical analysis you already use with Forex. Adjust as you see fit.

It is not strange that people started using cryptocurrencies because of the bonuses they could bring you.

It is not strange that people started using cryptocurrencies because of the bonuses they could bring you. I have even heard about many videos explaining how to get free bitcoins, which means that Investissement in crypto can give you the possibility to grow from zero

The crypto market is relatively newer, while forex trading has been in practice for much longer. It's no surprise that trading in cryptocurrencies comes with a higher degree of risk, compared to forex trading. Forex usually offers more liquidity, while crypto is known for being more volatile, which can mean a higher reward with a higher risk.

So, you should make your choice based on your preferences and risk tolerance.
