Welcome to Bitcoin forum...

Here are the 3 simple rules we want you to follow. Nothing more!

  1. Members must post ideas and charts only and solely for the BTCUSD cryptocurrency!
  2. Hatred, fights, patronizing others, causing endless and stressful debates are definitely forbidden! (Trolling and toxic behavior will not be tolerated!)
  3. Please use only "standard size" fonts and don't go too crazy with text colors."

The good thing with the future is that it is progressively approaching...

time frame 1d...ok... let’s play with candlesticks... here we have a hammer candlestick... that means a reversal after a down-trend: control has shifted from sellers to buyers... the weekend will be interesting

That Sep 24th candle looks less severe in my USD view.

If you collapse to the weekly candles you'll see that it is important to watch the development of the next candle. This week ended up being a long-legged doji and volatility has been high since May.

I think an interesting play here is to place your TPs 5x wider than your SLs. Else place a wide expiring limit/stop order that catches any big swings in either direction. Trigger the order in the opposite direction of the big move, set tight SL and TP catch the fade back. If you set enough pending orders at different levels one could stick on the big move and blow any small losses out of the water.

I'm sitting on the weekend trading Bitcoin.Nothing else is being traded. And it’s convenient for me today, on the weekend.

This is not really for the dollar. Tether is pegged to the dollar. Can I publish a forecast for Tether? The trend for H1 is directed down. Now the price will be beaten off the Tenkan line. I have a leverage of 1: 100, I will try to sell.

Intraday Bullish Change in #BTCUSD market.

Bottom Line - is major line of support. It can be clearly visualized on TF like 1h-4h.
Now study the behavior of the Price/Volume on down-waves 1-2-3
1) Panic Volume + Wide Fearful Spread (attracting the public to sell)
2) Big Volume + Small result for bears (only SLKB actually).
3) No supply wave. Very little volume on the decline.
4) Demand Bar
5) Small NS bar
6) Another DB.

In sum, we got PANIC+SLKB+NS+DB+NS+DB. After first NS+DB holding shorts became risky as the market demonstrated exhausting of selling pressure on 1-2-3 waves. That gives an idea that the Support line will be unbroken (for a while).

Mostly, if not all, speculation. Depending on how you treat it, it's either terrible or amazing because when it wants to move oh boy does it move!

Why did you want to sell when two of your indicators, RSI and Stoch were pointing up?

Volatility has increased since my post so the strategy played out well. It is probably time for a new approach now though.

I'm feeling a bounce off this pivot is in order. A move below the pivot will invalidate the idea and I'm out. This is the 3H:

Also zooming out, this seems to be an area of s/r. Hoping it holds:
