Great thread. I think one of the bigger challenges is staying motivated after you've already achieved some success. Once you've made $1m, most people just aren't as hungry for the next million. I think most of us are doing this largely for the money and it can be a challenge to stay motivated once your quality of life hits a point of diminishing returns so to speak.

I agree on these three. You are right, they are undoubtedly the major points, trading can get disciplined only by combining these traits.
